I was pleased to hear you were receiving our Navtex broadcasts out of Niton. Since the closure of BT coast radio stations, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency were tasked to provide the Navtex service aad medical links on VHF MF and satellite comms. MRCC Falmouth was tasked to become the Navtex co-ordinator approx. 2 years ago and we have done huge amount of work to improve the system.
